I don't think I've ever seen this character before. Well, not in the actual manga and anime. Where/when does she appear?
She's in neither. Senna appears and is basically the main character of the first Bleach movie.
Senna appears in the first Bleach movie, Bleach: Memories of Nobody.

No problem. Everyone has their own preference, but I would definitely recommend this movie. Memories of Nobody and the Hell Verse are my favorite Bleach movies.
